The Animal Liberation Orchestra and the Free Range Horns are a psychedelic, soul, jazz, funk, rock troupe dedicated to the liberation of the human spirit. Collective improvisation, inventive original compositions, a five piece horn section, two fighting cocks, an elephant head, and a large martial eagle have made this band a favorite among the citizens and children of Isla Vista and Goleta. While most members of the orchestra are remaining in the Santa Barbara area this summer, the group's songwriting core, L.A.G. (Lebowitz, Adams, Gill), will be touring throughout the United States of America playing acoustic renditions of compositions from their brand new CD, The Animal Liberation Orchestra and the Free Range Horns Vs. L.A.G.. If you have not experienced the Animal Liberation Orchestra or L.A.G. in concert, or have not yet purchased a CD, then you should do so immediately.
